SnapHR is an all-encompass HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and FAAS (Finance & Accounting System) built on one platform to avoid switching applications.

The platform is built on the cloud as a SaaS service with a private & non-sharable database for each company.

HRMS

HRMS has modules to manage Prospects, Employees, Consultants, Vendors, Sub-Vendors, Referrers, and Clients management. It also keeps track of the validity of information & documents and alerts the owners for discrepancies. The Onboarding module provides the option of customizing and tracking the onboarding tasks for each client. Timesheets management lets the employees & contractors submit their weekly/monthly hours using a web portal or a mobile app.

ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

The Jobs module of ATS can manage & publish the job openings to job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and your website's job listing. This module provides the flexibility to create & manage the roles, skills, and technologies. The users & employers can submit their profiles through your companies website and web portal of the employers. ATS keeps track, notify and measure various stages of the applicant's selection process. There is flexibility to create a workflow for each job or a client. The Interviewer module can let the interviewers create & manage their schedules and get notified of scheduled interviews. The interviewers can also provide detailed feedback per skill/technology.

FAAS (Finance and Accounting System)

FAAS has three significant modules, Account Receivables, Account Payables, and Reconciliation. Account Receivable module creates & manages the invoices of vendors & clients. These invoices are automatically generated based on the hours worked & bill rates and have the option of sending them to the clients & vendors. Account payable creates & manages the invoices of Datasoft's vendors, employers & suppliers. The system can track the life cycle of the invoices for both receivables & payables. The Reconciliation module maintains the check & balances between SnapHR and Bank Accounts. The system continuously monitors the unpaid invoices and sends the notifications as per the need.

Administration

The Administration module takes care of the administrative functions such as grating accesses based on the role, creating & managing workflows, and storing documents templates. The Mass Communication module lets the user communicate with a group of receivers via Email or SMS. The UDF (User Defined Fields) module provides the facility to create custom fields on top of the standard fields on all data collection screens.

Forecasting & Reports

This module has various pre-built reports on all the modules and financial forecasting reports for planning.
